Need electrical work done? Call Tom at Best! He's, wait for it...the BEST! Came in, took his time figuring out what was actually going on and was great about explaining it all to me. He even found a breaker in a creepy attic crawl space that our home inspector hadn't seen. Fast, thorough and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner (kept this new homeowner calm and informed). Tom at Best. He's the best.
Dave is great too (electrical).

I had Best out last year to fix my furnace for my home warranty company. And they arrived within a day to fix it.
So my ac went out a week ago and the home warranty sent another company that showed up a week later and could not fix my ac. So I requested to have Best come back. And once again they were right out and fixed the problem.read more

Fantastic group of people!! Our A/C went out three days before my fathers funeral, we had our entire family in town, and it was HOT out. I called BEST and they had a new A/C installed the day before the funeral and the BEST part they didn't press me for money to pay they said we will give you a call in about a week to settle things up!! The technicians were friendly. They kept us updated about the progress of the installation. We enjoyed the interaction. When the installation was finished, the only evidence of the work they left behind was the air conditioning.read more

Best Heating, Cooling, and Electric was fabulous. Our ac went out in the hottest week in August. They were able to come out within 48 hours, serviced our unit, replaced a bad capacitor and had it cooling in no time.
Dennis was our technician and he was great. He was friendly, answered my questions, and showed me we were getting the right temperature drop before he left.

We switched to Best a few years ago when we moved into a new house and have been pleased with every visit, including the fall check up we had today with James M who even took a few minutes to help calm down and socialize a little rescue puppy we recently adopted. Our last provider answered every call we made, which was plenty because the furnace they had sold us kept malfunctioning, with a nauseating "How can we make your day better today." Best, meanwhile, simply gets the job done with no pretense. Definitely recommend them if you want service rather than platitudes.read more

I have come to know Best H & C thru my last two home warranties as they are the choice company these warranty companies choose...and now I understand why … although it takes a little more patience in setting up an service call thru the warranty (by internet) once they are notified … of your call, Service was prompt and concise. I hand had then out twice to my house once this spring when myAC was not working correctly and they did a job of correcting the issue. They were honest about the problem and the cost to correct it was very reasonable. I then had then out this fall to check and service my furnace and again they were spot on.
