For year-round worry-free service, we offer Total Comfort Tune-Ups. Total Comfort Tune-Ups can be tailored to meet the needs of individual customers. Two times each year in the fall and spring, we perform equipment inspections to insure that your heating and or air conditioning equipment will perform at maximum efficiency for the up-coming season. The check list for each season is listed below.

Based on the results of each Total Comfort Tune-Up evaluation, a report is developed which may indicate additional repairs, upgrades or additional maintenace that may be needed to ensure you are recieving maximum efficiency and total comfort.

Heating Tune-up (Fall)

Inspect Heat Exchanger for Cracks
Check for Gas Leaks inline to furnace and water heater
Check Automatic Ignition
Check Blower Motor
Check Draft Inducer Motor
Check Condensate Drain
Check all Controls and Relays

Check all Safety Controls
Check Pilot System (if applicable)
Check Temperature Rise
Check Venting Integrity
Inspect Wiring (on furnace)
Check Flame Sensor
Clean Off Burners

Air Conditioning Tune-up (Spring)
Clean Condenser Coil Check Blower Motor Check Evaporator Coil Check Drain Pan & Condensate Lines Check Refrigerant Levels Check Contactor	Check Compressor Run Capacitor Check Condenser Motor & Run Capacitor Check Start Capacitor Check Refrigerant Lines for Obvious Leaks Check Temperature Drop
